Field engineering was split between full time hotline call takers and deep dive. FSS’s are submitted and deep dive reviews them and implements the solutions. Deep dive and innovators is not going away.
Yes, the product support engineers are being let go come in March. The replacements have been taking calls and hearing from technicians they're failing!
According to multiple posts on this site, our product support engineers are told that their last day will be in March. Our support engineers will now be from Guatemala and India. I hope this is not the case.
L2 has been absent from Webster for a long time. There is just the deep dive people there now that reviews innovators. If none are avail, it gets bumped to L3 for review
