Thread regarding Windstream Corp. layoffs

90 some Days till Lil T is GONE

90 some days till Lil T is kicked out with golden parachute. Hopefully Creditors will bring in a hatchet man who will cut the worthless C level deep. No more remote Directors, VPs and top line management. Can't wait to see koolaide punch drinkers cringe. Big Tex won't be able to put no numbers no direction no vision statement goals out on video again. Here's to Hatchet man's coming!!!!

L5... y’all are like the bottom of a port-o-potty!! Shameful bonuses and shameful practices while you destroy the workforce. Corp office is like a damn ghost town and you all rolling in your millions. You disgust me!

Mr. Chilli also sold around 12,000 shares just before the Aurelius lawsuit began. He made sure to cash out a bit before draining what was left of the company.

Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!!

Remember when Mr Chilli said he was getting paid based on Windstream stock price and If it didn’t turn around in a year he’d be looking for a new job? Wasn’t that back in 2016. It’s 2020 with the stock basically worthless, but mr chili is still here.

Obviously the bonus money has taken care of him and not the stock value.

At risk pay is a bonus or commission. Both are easy to cut or reduce. The DIP has enabled managers to receive quarterly bonuses. Yes managers are getting bonuses while the rest of us get nothing. At least it’s all getting cut and the new company can determine who should be paid.

At risk pay is the easiest to cut.

Something is happening soon. Elliott Management is rumored to be the creditor taking over Windstream. And once that's done the LR5 will be adios muchachos. Question that keeps popping into my head how was the leadership team, LR5 allowed to run this company after they ran it into bankruptcy. What is the definition of insanity ,anyone? Isn't it something like doing the same thing over and over and over but expecting a different result?

Where have you heard that at-risk compensation will be cut? That's probably the only thing keeping most of the bonus eligible non-sales managers/directors there.

Tony will be reducing pay and cutting at risk compensation for the employees who want to stay. Good luck

Once creditors take over he's gone. After they buck reorganization plan and put it in their man. Whoever thinks he stays is insane. 90 to 120 is my guess.

I would say 90-180 days, somewhere in there. The layoffs buy him a little time.

Where do you get that he is gone in 90 days? Do you know this or are you just talking out your a$$?

I don’t see anything that says he’s gone in 90 days.

I would guess you are right. All of the court documents transcripts have been
sealed or redacted if they were publicly released.
