Thread regarding Union Pacific Corp. layoffs

Who else is hoping to see UP fail?

And fail so badly that our current leadership can't get a job anywhere else, ever again?

That's a pretty sh–ty outlook, the only people it will hurt is the working guys that are still around. You are pretty much hoping for more pain for everyone at up.

Did you hear of the apology tour that took place? What happened when NS started their plan? Are you aware of how well the CSX is doing? Yeah their derailments went up. I think the only one who is fooled is you. The UP will fail with thos plan. Vena is doing for the money now. He's not doing for the "good" of the company. So get your head out of the f—ing sand and wake up.

Yep. All the other psr roads are fine. UP will be also. Not sure where people got the idea that UP is so different. Vena’s been doing it since it’s inception. You may hate the railroad but psr isn’t going to cause it to fail. Don’t fool yourself.

Wealthy or not. If a company as big as the UP fails, then someone will have to answer for it. There's no way Fritz ,Vena, and any of the other a– clowns walk away from it without repercussions.

They’ll be fine just like all the other railroads that did PSR.

Doesn’t matter if you hope or not it will eventually fail

I’d say 95% but the sad reality is that not only will they be wealthy enough not to have to get another job, but they will probably slide right in somewhere else because they create value for the company. Even though it’s at the expense of the employees.
