Hey Yo Aetna employee’s with the will walk attitude get ready to walk. you guys were bought out by a company that can give two shoots about you and what you think your bonus and compensation should be. Do a little research on what cvs thinks when they buy out other company’s 18-24 months when you look around the other cubicles in your office you will either see empty desks or new faces. And with the way cvs likes to slash payroll it will most likely be both. Don’t take it personal it’s just the way cvs does business.

Us Aetna employees get more pay, bonuses and PTO then CVS because we are an insurance company. If you want to maintain and retain talent you need to match industry standards. Your compensation at a warehouse or a store is not the same as corporate level employees. If they cut our bonus targets or try and slim down base pay there will be a mass exodus of the core employees. Reference PRF4 Target bonus 15%. Funded at 18% this year. They cut this I'm walking and most of my peers will as well.

Aetna employees are getting 2 HSA contributions this year because in June we are switching from a Calendar year to a Plan year to be in alignment with CVS and we also have to meet our deductible twice and out of pocket twice in one year so how fair is that? And we have a much trouble getting off for PTO as CVS employees. No PTO in January, 1 day from October thru December since that is our busiest time of the year. We do a lot more than "just sit at our desks". And good luck trying to get time off if someone else in your unit has it. It seem CVS employees are under the impression that Aetna employees have it better than them when that is so not true. We do not get any personal days, we did get 2 floating holidays since they took 3 way from us. Some employees lost PTO time. I've read many complaints for CVS employees about their jobs and I don't blame them for some of the things I have read. But please don't think we have it much better. You are getting the wrong information about what our benefits are. They have taken way more from us then they have given. So I guess we are all unhappy.

As an Aetna employee I can tell you to get your facts straight before bashing us. We get 3 personal days to make up for the holidays and PTO that CVS screwed us out of. Most employees have been at Aetna for 10-20 years so we Damn well have earned anything we get. The only reason CVS employees are getting bonuses is because of all of the money Aetna made the company. So YOUR WELCOME!!

Hi field employee: If your HSA is dropping it’s most likely because you are now above the pay grade that gives you 1000, last year i got a 1500 raise and took a 500 HSA paycut. How is everyone finding out about what the total rewards are for 2020 already?

Field employee here (not a DL though), PTO boost and no commute is insane but I am waiting to see what changes are coming come July. I can’t say I’m pleased about HSA decreasing from $1000/year to $500/year before vs after the acquisition

Yeah 2020 rewards is sh– unless they pull something out of their butt that we don’t know about yet. We bought Aetna. Yet they will be getting 4 personal days and 6 holidays. Store employees will get 2 personal days and 6 Hollidays. Also Aetna will also get to roll over one week of vacation every year in case they can’t take all of their days. Like that should ever be an issue for someone who sits at a desk. “My time”. While we as store managers get told “ use it loose it” but you can’t take any after Oct. and don’t even think about taking one in Jan, gotta get rid of the Christmas c-ap we knew you wasn’t gonna sell and we got those cosmo POGs to do, oh and set vday too.. Oh and February gotta set easter and spring. Or in March cause we got those HUB stores coming and we will be pulling SM out of stores to take care of that For 8 weeks.. So that leaves us July-Aug-sept-oct. wait i left out Halloween; fall;winter; Christmas! C-ap! Guess all the SMS in the district will have to take vacation time all in the same week. Oh and remember to cover your store, cause the DL sure as sh– isn’t going to do it. But yeah let’s allow Aetna to roll one week over, they definitely deserve it. Oh and here’s two extra days for personal time. Enjoy!!

Oh and let me go ahead and throw in inventories. Need two mgrs per inventory to help count.

Keep in mind that we he DLs-LPs-RMs are all considered CVS Health Employees. So they get what Aetna gets.

Aetna employees get much more PTO time than store and warehouse employees. Why????? It should be standard company wide

Well the Aetna employees are getting double contributions this year on our HSA's so I might actually be able to afford to go to the doctor this year. I'm getting 2k instead of 1k from CVS.
