Why do people assume publicly traded companies are performance based? The Boeing CEO just received an $80,000,000 severance package while employees struggle to obtain cost of living raises.

@mdw don’t forget that regular staff compensation doesn’t align with performance either. Until that’s corrected, no change that anyone in leadership makes will have any impact whatsoever.
