Im sick of getting harassed about carepass. Had another manager call and badger me every 2 hours and after hours. I am doing the best i can Sorry I can’t force customers to swipe their credit cards for a product they don’t want. Can’t wait to leave the company

Minors are fairgame especially if they got mommys and daddys Creditcards. Top dogs are either scumbags or straight sales people who should have a more lucrative job
In our district the top dog is selling to high school students(minors) to make the numbers. All condoned by the District Leader
CVS Needs money. that is bottom line. A Lot of debt. And there PBM business is about to fall big time as the government investigates fraudulent activity. Plus negative publicity in NY Times is just the beginning. Probably undercover investigations are going to start to expose this corrupt company.
Trust me.....this will catch up with them, probably in the New York Times newspaper.
His is going to sound stupid. But last time I checked CVS doesn’t pay our cell phone bills. You don’t have to answer sh– if they are calling you after hours. I wish someone would call me after hours to b!tch at me. Btw. I’m the number 1 CarePass store in the district. But I have been the bottom store also. I got both ends of the conversation after hours. When I was garbage I would get the text and calls, ignore them. When I got to the top I got the “ how can we get other stores on board, what advice can you give” ignored them too. Pay my bill and I’ll answer what ever you want me to. So as far as harassment goes, if you call advice and Council They will tell you the same advice I’ll give you. Don’t have to answer your phone.
wow – so bad your peers are calling– must stink to be you
and b–ch about it.
I agree with you 100 percent!! This carepass pressure has gotten completely out of hand and it has to stop!
