I was let go last year and I wanted to see if someone can help figure out how do I get my Windstream W2... I guess they have til 1/31 to send it but what if it does not show up...

HR has nothing to do with W2's. Info already posted here. Best of luck if you haven't got it yet!
I just got mine yesterday, they must have just sent them out. Hopefully yours is on the way.

I had to get a paystub from them, they may need you to email and provide SS#. This should be in an outboarding guide your HR person emailed to you when receiving the RIF news.
To the last post...thats assuming that that HR rep is still even there!
I was let go last year also, and rec'd mine in the mail this week. My advice would be to contact the HR rep you worked with when they let you go.
