Do I really need to be a mindless zombie that likes and reacts to Stream posts by management? Any substance going to come from these 'self gratification' posts?
Mirroring the examples set forth by the incentives given to the highest paid employees.....what is in it for ME. Why should I try? Company results are of little interest, perhaps less, than they are to the KEIP and KERP recipients. $$$ are their motivation, what is mine?

Does anyone even bother looking at Stream other than the top 5 and the kiss a$$es?? Please they are so far removed from their employees they have no clue we don't give a flying rats a$$. Just leave already we all know there is a huge announcement coming about new leadership and new owners. How the top 5 were allowed to still be in charge of this company after they ran it into the ground is mind boggling.
Windstream ran moral into the ground. No raises, no bonuses, horrible benefits.....all while execs are getting raises and massive bonuses. And managers and directors have completely mailed it in. Have not seen my director in 4yrs and have not seen my manager since last summer......
Bravo. perfectly said. I just wish the shoe would drop. Anticipation is k–ling all of us. At this point no one cares anymore. The life has been s—ed out of all of us.
You get to keep your job and take on more responsibility while your pay stays the same. Who wouldn't want to work in this environment?
