One hour and no real information. Standard DXC All Hands type meeting , all smoke and mirrors.
Raises based on your area's performance, so if your a star but your overall area doesn't produce, you get nothing. So why try to do the best you can because you get nothing more than the person that just does enough to get by.
He only taked about himself, just answer the F'ing question and move on.
Not only that, but what he decided to lead with was an odd choice. TMI.
