How is this viable and cost effective.
Let's throw 40 people worldwide wide at a test, instead of having multiply IR tests running.
Do the LT know the figures behind how bad MRP is.

Nicknamed the Managed Redundancy Program in the UK!
RES will automate MRP!
Been hearing that for 5 years. Where's the beef?
MRP was created before him. Margins when it was created were around 50%. KR had no clue what he was doing when he first came to GSK - he would propose having hundreds of FTEs support service delivery.. it never scaled. And it seems 10 years later they never automated that sh– DR discovery tool they were creating for MRP
Kaushik Ray ?
Sorry, who is KR?
Imagine where we would be if upper mgmt was able to see through KR’s lies
MRP was a BS service that was created by one of the biggest BS artists at SgAS, the infamous lion, KR. He concocted this BS and fed it to AS who took it bait line and sinker. For years KR would skew the success data pushing his Indian teams to call Failure a Success. Those MRP teams feared KR as he would let go anyone who would not play the numbers game. I had many arguments with the MRP leads about clear MRP failures they wanted to say were successful tests. A couple even admitted they could not report failures to KR or they would be let go. MRP is a farce.
Let's hope we get some direction on where the company wants to go.
All will be revealed Thursday during MR's call.
formerly known as the Managed Redundancy Programme. :-(
They HAvE to know how bad it is ... they can’t be that stupid ... can they?
