Are severance packages still being handed out to those getting laid off?

I was told it was 1 weeks pay for every year employed, maxing out at 12 weeks.
After that you can apply for un-enjoyment.

PS If you're one of the 151 WINMQ lottery winners you still get paid put for 2020 if you get let go!

Cut from 2 weeks per year up to 26 weeks after 13 years of employment, down to a max of 12 weeks. Now think how employees feel considering KEIP and KERP. How would you (or the BoD, or the Judge, or.the Leadership) feel about this type of treatment while the masterminds that got us here get ever more. Windstream morale is below sea level due to these decisions and actions.

They were as of the last lay-off. Someone on my team was laid off and they did receive the severance. It was approximately 2 months.

Employees used to get 2 weeks for every year employed up to 26 weeks (13 years of service). Then an A-hole executive (JF) changed this on the sly down to 12 weeks max for 95% of the employees.
I can only imagine the anger that will occur IF they really have the gall to screw over the employers anymore considering KEIP and KERP. I know I would have a very hard time excepting this peacefully...frankly having a hard time now keeping my head up!
