Do you know how many people work here and how many at the HQ at Hartford?

Just to correct my statement below in one sentence.
I meant to say it didn't happen very often in my own department however it did happen a huge amount of times in the other department areas.
As I said below, I talked to a lot of workers there.
One thing I didn't understand was them putting an exercise device and building a small area around it. There was never anyone I viewed that used it at all. They could have hired a few experts to improve the procedures in that place, but instead they got an exercise device that nobody used ever.
I discussed a lot of issues with people from other departments who were polite so they told me all the problems that were going on.
I was a female account administrator at the woodland hills california location.
I posted below a statement from the indeed review section. You can look it up or you need to register to view it if you want to view what was originally posted. You need to type in the specific area also.
One thing I disagree with is the health insurance. I left that particular statement out. Every statement you read indicates a place has great health insurance. What they give you is below adequate at best. When the place you work for provide you health insurance you take it without question. I have had a lot better insurance at other places.
Anyway, whoever posted this comment, happened at this facility in general. Although it was not particular area very often.
Anyone else want to elaborate about what they experienced here?
Anyone had to deal with them from another facility?
I posted it below.
Everyone was looking out for themselves.
They also looked down on any new employees coming into the place.
It was really disgraceful how some of the workers there treated and looked down upon the new employees entering the place. I understand that they were there for years and decades but
does that mean you mistreat and look down upon people.
As a female account administrator I especially noticed this a lot. I also talked to other workers
from other departments in that facility.
Here is the post below that I agree with. Feel free to look at the indeed review site where it was posted if you want to know when it was posted there.
little pay outdated processes
former employee in woodland hills california
the aetna in woodland hills is a collection of employees who have been there for a long time. Meaning all processes are outdated, which means no innovation, and work is doubled. No one is open to new ideas or processes. Senior employees feel that their time with the company allows for them to be unprofessional with no consequence. Management is afraid to speak up and correct those behaviors. this makes anyone new feel uncomfortable. The work could be less if their processes were improved. But, the environment is absolutely toxic and the pay is awful. I would not recommend working there.
Does anyone know if there are more layoffs in regard to the dental provider data services analyst department or provider data services analyst also?
I am being vague, but it this is located in a facility where aetna and anthem employees are employed in the same exact location.
Anyone know what is going on or can check it out, would be appreciated as well.
Thank you.
So what happened at the hartford facility if you do not mind me asking you? There does not seem to be any update about your location.
Considering the fact that a lot of people are unemployed, I hope the complaints going around have diminished. Just do your work, and if you don't like it, there are plenty of now unemployed and qualified workers that will be more than happy to replace you.
Many just show up and do not work
The question was how many work on the Hartford campus, not how many are employed across the country in total.
Employees
We had approximately 49,500 employees at December 31, 2016.
