Thread regarding Sears layoffs

A&E II

Listen.... This company stopped caring a long time ago. If you are a tech out there servicing appliances, and if you're overbooked, which you ALWAYS mostly are due to this Mickey Mouse routing system we have, just reschedule the calls at the end of the day. Simple solution to a simple problem. Don't bother calling the 'members'. Just reschedule them on your tech hub. No one cares, and no one will call you on it. And even if they do, nothing will be done. Just try to be creative and make something up just in case.) Routing isn't going to do squat to remove your calls, unless you're lucky enough to be in a union district. Just reschedule or 'not home' them on your tech hub. Sad, but this is what Sears has forced you into. You're doing your best out there. but no one at A&E or Sears cares anymore. If you think they actually do, then you're just fooling yourself.
And then it's all forgotten during the next days pathetic attempt at servicing our 'members' once again I see this every day in the routing center at HE, especially in the union districts. You might actually care about the customers, and providing good customer service as I once did, but due to the toxic management environment at Sears, TransformCo, A&E, or whatever the hell else it's called now, No one higher up than you actually cares.
And at the routing center in HE, the management environment is extremely toxic as well. No one at the routing center cares either. Sad, but True. Management continuously looks for reasons to write up good employees and the find fault with everything. Never complimented for a good job, but ALWAYS criticized for a mistake. Pathetic. Get out if you can.
Don't feel sad or guilty. You did your jobs as best as you could with what you had to work with. Trying to save this ship that should have already sunk months ago is just wasting your time and energy. It's over. S— up the money while you can. It won't last much longer.

You have to have your head examined if you buy large appliances from Sears. I agree Kenmore is a great brand,I will consider buying again when Lowes or Home Depot own the brand.

It’s been a sad state of affairs throughout sears in all areas. Not anything different on the store side than on the repair side.
You can blame only one person for this culture

That wasn't nice. All members should be taken care of, they are the reason why we have our jobs.
