There is an upcoming March payment for KEIP/KERP . They all want to get paid out before the courts and creditors take over. Just keep kicking the can down the road as long as possible.

Uniti and Windstream execs are all close friends and family. Gunderman vs Gunderman Lol. They dont want this in front of a judge, they just want to keep the gravy train running as is for as long as possible.

If the judge allows this he is insane if the creditors don't say this is bs they are flat dumb. Bobby and Ken doll, a long with Lil T are just trying to take in more dollars. They had mediation and suspended it now they can't get ready for trial since then.
