Looks like we brought in the entire management structure from Wells Fargo. Massive salaries all around for them while the rest of us suffer with pay well below the industry standard and STILL NO RAISES. There is a shortage of qualified applicants because the word is out about this place, c-ap pay with no professional of financial advancement prospects. I wont even go into their fake "Diversity and Inclusion" campaign.
