Is Anthem laying Off even low level FTE’s or Only focusing on experienced employees like 10, 20 yr old in Anthem or higher level like mgr and DIR etc ? Any thoughts about it

Short Answer - YES

If you answered YES to both of those questions then you are eligible for layoff.

IT on the CSBD side from directors down to developers are being cut. I heard the goal is to move 80% of commercial IT & business jobs to offshore in the next few years.
I don’t think anyone is exempt from being selected for lay-off (except perhaps those on the selection committee). And it’s not performance related, though I’m sure those were probably the first to go.
Actually my question was about IT department.. forgot to mention that earlier.. Are they laying off even Developers with meet the expectations performance ??
