@diq - A lot of IBM'ers took a pay cut when they decided to move a significant number of GTS salary employee's to hourly. They were told that the OT would offset the reduction in pay, only to have OT frozen,
They are looking for money to cover Ginni's bye-bye package
Oh yeah, I totally see employees willing to sign their own names to a list to be given to management asking them to take a pay cut for the good of the company!
If you want to talk to someone, ask the ones in the red hats how they're still getting quarterly bonuses of 20% of salary (split across 4 quarters)
In my entire career at IBM (over 30 years) I have never seen IBM ask employees or managers to take a pay cut. Certainly never ask the exec’s to forgo a bonus. It’s a different company where the “I got mine” attitude has taken over
