Management looking to fire people at Englewood

Management flat out told everyone today they would be pursuing every coaching they can get with the end goal of “getting you out the door.” At a so called safety meeting no less. We can all feel so much safer knowing while we do dangerous work that management is actively trying to find a way to end our careers. At least we know honestly what their goal is now!

this of course will be on some train they're in no hurry to get out or at the end of the shift when the work is done. When they need to make first os or they need that train in to make a hole for something else, you better not be rule compliant because following the rules is the fastest way to get fired. Just get your a– out the door and don't even look at your track warrants because form B's are for losers.
High ho silver! Away!

lance said it himself "relentless enforcement of the rules'' that was 3 years or 4 years ago ! nothing has changed unless you were in management doing as you were told. So whats new?
