According to Roseville Service Unit management we are at a higher risk of an accident. To me it sounds like an EEO issue.

That’s a good one people retiring so other can come back, they offered vacation buyouts for those that were about to retire to get them out the door sooner. They don’t want employees anymore they won’t be bringing anyone back because it would prove they were wrong to lay-off in the first place.
I have less than 20 and am over 50. I say buy me out. But I’m not cheap
I fully agree with management,Lance and Vena are both over the age of 50 and both should be let go immediately !
I agree with management, is because old heads that are used to the old ways to that we can not have good things anymore, do us all a favor and retire so some of us that we got furloughed can come back !
