Ask employees what they really think is happening? The new leadership doesn’t know how to run an enterprise that is clear. Needs CEO lessons on people and our market. The head of HR is trying save her job and no on one is stopping this craziness we are living through. The level of dysfunction that has been created in such a short time boggles the mind. People don’t matter, just how much we give.

Goeckeler is floundering and it’s clear once you listened to earnings call he doesn’t know how to deal with hard questions and it was awkward to listen to him. He was lucky to have his CFO there answering market questions.

Tone on interview with latest earnings was as bad as previous quarter. Someone train this guy to communicate. So depressing.
