What general department had the layoffs?
Half my team was let go over the workday, all very sudden
A bunch laid off in my department today. Strange Thursday was chosen for that instead of Friday.
They laid of 16 of the 27 in one department. The client service analysts that code the pr-scrip-ion benefits for optum. 2, of the supervisors 1 senior, and 13 analysts were left go. 1 supervisor, 4 seniors and 6 analysts kept their job. From the sounds of it they kept the newest supervisor and allowed her to hand pick her team.
I think this was staged to get everyone worried about their jobs and not by management. I think people should just relax and do their jobs as usual and quit letting troublemakers cause problems.
Nothing within ECS or Prior Auth. They read these posts and are probably enjoying switching things up a bit. I can't wait to get out of this company. I have been a slave to all job websites.
Anyone heard anything? Just waiting here.
It’s almost 10:00am EST, not a peep. I think it’s tomorrow, posts said 3/4 or 3/5. Let them suffer and wait another day.
