The company is a bad employee! Thats the worst thing especially in a company that deals with the welfare of people. They are cheating their clients and patients!

I have to agree – my department had a guy for years that continually screwed up and then his screw ups had to be fixed by the rest of the department. He was a friend of the hiring manager so we were expected to just overlook his incompetence and rudeness. They moved us to a different manager who did not put up with it. He should have been fired but they laid him off despite having been written up. It was a morale buster!
What a uneducated and inflammatory statement. This person is clearly just wanting to "stir the pot" companies used to be loyal to their employees, and in turn the employees were loyal to the company. That was a different time, and companies
now have no loyalty for the workers. So they get what they give!
Laying off top performers is a close second....

Good job hr trolls. You are like clockwork monitoring these posts especially how the writing style is very similar. I like that the follow up cheerleading post comes 2 minutes after the original post. When is the longer elaborate post trying to defuse the poster and the quick thumbs ups happening?
