Why are all the layoffs not in the news?
What was this Arbitration Agreement that everyone had to sign? What did it say?
Cigna sent out that agreement across the board to sign. I know in claims everyone had to acknowledge and sign the agreement by March 31, 2020 as a condition of employment. I have no verifiable knowledge but I believe there will more layoffs across all lines of business.
I received notification to sign a Voluntary Arbitration Agreement as well and I do not work in Pharmacy. It’s been said there are more layoffs to come. The questions isn’t IF it will happen but WHEN.
