I just wanted to say that I was a female account administrator at what I posted just below this at the woodland hills california location. I understand that shouldn't matter, but I'm giving it from my own perspective. I should have stated that in what I posted below this.
I also know it is not my own department.
However, this was the general attitude of the place.
Also it was apparent because some people had friends there.
You saw the difference on how they treated a friend compared to a regular employee.
All the higher ups had to do was say you must treat everyone equally and fairly
even if you are not a friend here, and say there would be repurcussions if they still did that. They should have specified the recent harassment laws that were put in place in california at the beginning of the year also. That it could become a worse situation if you violated that.

I was an account administrator at this branch all up to when the moved
into the place and I definitely agree
with what was written
down at the indeed review site forum.
It happened at this facility in general. Although it was not particular very much in my own area.
Anyone else want to elaborate about what they experienced here?
Anyone had to deal with them from another facility?
I posted it below.
Everyone was looking out for themselves.
They also looked down on any new employees coming into the place.
It was really disgraceful how some of the workers there treated and looked down upon the new employees entering the place. I understand that they were there for years and decades but
does that mean you mistreat and look down upon people.

Here is the post below that I agree with. Feel free to look a the review site where it was posted if you want to know when it was posted there.

Little Pay Outdated Processes

DATA ANALYST - former employee - woodland hills, ca
the aetna in Woodland Hills is a collection of employees who have been there for a long time. Meaning all processes are outdated, which means no innovation, and work is doubled. No one is open to new ideas or processes. Senior employees feel that their time with the company allows for them to be unprofessional with no consequence. Management is afraid to speak up and correct those behaviors. this makes anyone new feel uncomfortable. The work could be less if their processes were improved. But, the environment is absolutely toxic and the pay is awful. I would not recommend working there.

I will tell you where it takes you. They will likely hire more younger and dependable workers finally. There were tons of older employees that I saw constantly complaining and slacking off. Finally it takes a crises that may or may not change things.
I won't hold my breath on it. We can all be hopefully however.

Hopefully with so many people out of work they will improve for the better and hire more productive people that enjoy i there.

This is a rather vague question. I think you may need to be more exact in what you are asking.
