Insights/Rewards Stock Levels

How are stocks allocated with this new system? Are they 100% performance based or also dependent on how much you already earn? I'm wondering if I got "low stock". Not sure how to tell the difference.

When I got 0% and SSL4 it means I had no value. But I need the job to cover health insurance for my family. This pushes me to get money some other means like ridesharing gig. Yes, this was really cruel to me. No ethical company would give anybody a 0% LOL

0% is a design flaw. It is cruel to give anybody 0% and should not be allowed, unless a manager thought a person is no value to the company. If low % is specific to a group, then other groups should not take the low % as the absolute indicator of a person’s value.

That's helpful. I got 95%, so I guess I don't have future value, lol. But I'm older and almost maxed out in my grade level.

Dependent on grade and position(what your peers would get in another company). Range I believe is 0-300% but if you got less someone else got more, trade offs like normal.

Your letter will say...if you got 100% you got the standard offering for your grade lower then that your manager does not see you having future value more than 100% your manager see future value in you.
