SEA Leaders,

I’d like to take a moment to thank you for all the passion, hard work, and focus that you delivered in 2019. In this industry, no two years feel the same and 2019 was no exception. In spite of some challenges, especially weather, you kept your eye on the goal each day and provided our guests and Ambassadors with world-class service. Thank you for making this a priority.

As part of the 2019 Annual Bonus Program, all Salaried Leaders that participate in the program will be eligible for a portion of their potential bonus incentive. While not all targets were achieved, it is still incredibly important to recognize all that we accomplished in 2019.

Important Information:
· You will receive a personalized statement with details of your personal payout by Friday, February 28th, 2020.
· 2020 program details will be shared soon.

I believe 2020 will prove to be a key year for our company. We have thrilling attractions opening at nearly every property and have announced the plans for our 2nd Sesame Place in California. We continue to serve as a world-leader in animal care and rescue, topping over 36,000 rescues in 2019. Our events and festivals are recognized in the industry as superior experiences. These accolades are only possible because of this incredible team.

Congratulations, and thank you,

  • S€%&£

A $.25 pay increase? Not with S. Ross in charge! And certainly not after increasing the premiums on health insurance, costing employees more money out of pocket.

And clap, clap for the salaried leaders and their bonus! They can use some of their unlimited time off to spend it while the hourly employees bear the brunt of the work with no support or communication from park leaders or corporate.

Who else thinks that there will be no substantial pay increase making is at least somewhat competitive with other businesses in the area even though Salaried received bonuses and they continue to brag record earnings? Start thinking now about where you are going to spend that quarter we get probably in June

They're probably trying to get over the sting of the 65 million dollar check they're writing.
When the crooks in charge wrong people whom are on the same page justice will be served.
They know they can push around us ambassadors because we don't know what the same page is.

Fantastic to hear that salaried will receive bonuses!

Meanwhile did all hourly employees get their crazy socks yet so we can spend money to buy them and wear them as they appreciate us?
