Does anyone seriously think this company can rebrand into a profitable entity? Vendors have abandoned ship. Sales people are reduced to minimum wage. The higher ups could care less.

Nope, that ship has already sailed. Too few stores, too spread out, logistics will take down what's left, it's time to abandon this sinking ship- you've all been given fair warning, but you continue to turn a blind eye, and negative vote comments like this, because you know it's true, and your store will be next! Don't say I didn't tell you so, because I told you so!
With proper leadership this ship can be made ship-shape. Dont believe all the negative ship you hear.
250 billion, lol, cut it out, my sides are splitting.
A&E is so profitable and we made $250 billion this year!! Service is the money maker.
If it becomes profitable, it will be a miniscule entity with no stores and little income other than a few residual payments for use of the brand names, real estate disposal, and some online sales. The remaining retail business could be like the current Montgomery Wards. The Wards name is still barely alive online but sales is likely in the low $millions a year. Lampert will have extracted a couple of $billion for himself by destroying two national retailers that sold $50b a year when he took over.
I hope so....need my livelihood to remain intact.....
No....and the Conavirus/economic slump will be the nail in the coffin.
The Sears brand is too tarnished and tainted for it ever to be a viable again. Clearly it is just a real estate play now.
Sunk. Now it's just transformcos rights to raid the titanic and take/sell what's been left behind by the worlds dumbest vendors
Something is turning alright. The stomach.
We are being told to “Sell What’s Available Today”. “SWAT”. Throw away your blue dots. Gap, gap, gap...cut down Hardline counters five feet..spread out apparel...hours cut drastically.... doesn’t sound like a pan for the future. Structural changes store level rolling out in the next week or so...
Only chance to save what's left, is to remove Transformco Holdings and get a new owner! But you'd need Warren Buffet type money...
All full line Sears and KMart stores will close then the turn around will begin.
I could see Sears Hometown hanging on, but all Full Line Sears stores and all Kmarts are done for I think.
That's a no on theifunny joke
I think so. It is turning around, perhaps too fast, so it may capsize.
