Can anyone even articulate what DXC even does anymore to generate revenue? Most employees I speak to our cost center employees who provide administrative services or our employees “developing” new products to attempt to sell to clients. I speak to very few people that are billable. In 2 years stock has nosedived from 90 to low 20’s. How in the hell are they going to implement these “merit” increases Sal has boasted about. That will put even more pressure on margins. Pie in the sky thinking and relaying unrealistic ideas to your employees is not going to turn this company around. Max 3 years and either DXC will be bought or they will have divested all valuable assets so all that is left is a company that has no viable way to generate significant revenue much less a profit. This is not fear- mongering it is the most realistic future for DXC. The divestitures are already happening. Unless you are 2-3 years away from retiring I suggest you abandon ship.

I honestly suspect that the majority within DXC are milking it as much as they can, just like how senior management is doing the same thing.
Remember, the top sets the example. The current example is to milk it in any way a person can. So, naturally, the majority will do the same thing. It's a vicious cycle that is going on since April 2017.

That was actually one of the things I liked about CSC/DXC, that they actually developed things in anticipation of a need. The downside is it takes vision, upkeep, and you have to get it right on a regular basis... but having those tools in the toolbox made for quick deployments.
The employees are paid 30% below market rates. Merit based rises wont happen as more excuses will be brought out.
If your underpaid so much don't you merit arise?
