The recent Feb. 24th, 2020 layoff left us as a Health Solutions Client without a very key person that had been supporting us. This also happened previously when they had the layoff prior to this one. AT this point we are now looking for other options to get away from them. We were promised last time by their most senior management this would not happen again. They lied to us and have also not been truthful about the product we use furnished by them. Each time we do an upgrade with them they totally botch up our system. We would encourage other Health Solutions clients to look ASAP for other options.

Yes, we are clients and are working now to get out of our contracts with SS&C Health Solutions and convert to another system ASAP. This Covid-19 virus has us on hold for the present but we will definitely be moving away from our present system. The service from these people is terrible. Its a shame in the healthcare industry a company is allowed to treat us like they do.
If you are all are clients, you better get out of your contract now. Big layoffs are coming in DST Health Solutions.

We are a Health Solutions Client as well. We feel the same way. They laid off one of the most knowledgeable individuals we have ever worked with. We were promised this individual would be working with us going forward due to the upgrade issues we always experience anytime they take us to a new release. Their release upgrades are always full of defects and cause us multiple issues. We are also now looking for a new vendor. They will make promises but as a client, do not trust them. Our CEO just asked us to find another vendor solution ASAP. It is very evident to us, Health Solutions no longer cares about their clients or they would allow the good people we trust to continue to work with us. No one asked us anything prior to this layoff what we thought. Looks like they would, we are the ones that pay their salaries.
