How much longer under the LR5? It's so depressing. No one gives a flying rats a$$. Everyone's just going through the motions. We need new blood up in here to lead us. What are we working towards?? As long as the LR5 are in charge no one will give a c-ap what their directive is. No increases for 2020 sz it all.

You know what’s worse? Windstream is going to come out of Bankruptcy without a management change.
Know what's depressing? Reading posts like this where you see people who know there is no future where they are but instead of finding a new job they just whine about the one they have. You want things to get better? LEAVE WS. You will be MUCH happier
Not everyone lives in a telecom market. Grow up
TT and gang will be gone as soon as company Is handed over after reorg. Only case would be a Uniti win and then takeover of Windstream which would allow bus pickup that’s short in nature to make stop for LR5
"The LR5 just bought themselves years now that Windstream may actually exit bankruptcy better off then when they went in."
The creditors will withhold approving any "plan of reorganization" (i.e., get out of bankruptcy plan) that doesn't have executives and a board of directors they approve of.
If the creditors have confidence in the current team, then they'll stay.
The LR5 just bought themselves years now that Windstream may actually exit bankruptcy better off then when they went in. Why are you still there and not looking to better yourself? Didnt see a raise in 5yrs at Windstream. Just got a 6% raise and a $8k bonus at my new job. My attitude and outlook have improved since leaving.
LEAVE
Windstream..where you give your energy and lifeblood for years to learn several networks and their idiosyncrasies, but don't get raises or promotions, just heavier workloads
Windstream....where dreams and hope goes to die.

Real question is what does the KEIP/KERP cost the company versus giving people a raise who havent gotten one in several YEARS?
