Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

The WFRs continue until morale improves

So sick of no pay rise for years, yet DXC leaders skim their "performance bonuses" for achieving nothing. Meanwhile the victims are hardworking CSC and DXC employees busting their guts with a glimmer of hope in staying employed. At the same time AT&T employees at CSC/DXC receive yearly pay increases and bonuses.

Spot the injustices.

WFR started in April 2020 and is supposed to go through July 2020. Those who have been with DXC less than 2 years are among the first to go since severance pay is significantly less (that’s still a lot of staff). Thousands of others are still getting cut. Whatever makes the bottom line look good. DXC’s reputation is in the toilet. The industry knows (including people, current customers and potential customers). The only ones who still may not are the poor investors.

Guys , sorry to hear about WFRs. I’m no more with DXC but someone I knew at DXC told me that they’re a thing of past. Life has improved under Salvino. Is that not true?

All the money is being paid to AT&T and management. Why don't they say to AT&T that there needs to be a 10% cut to the contract so they can give DXC Staff a pay rise after 10 years instead of it just going to AT&T staff every year.

Those who remain are either keeping their heads down, or are hoping the company will still manage to turn things round.

NO we are fed up and posting here wont change a thing, posting on Twitter (under a false name to protect yourself) is one good way to hit the company where people can see it.

The Board all got a $159,400 bonus in stocks , and we GET ZERO................................ F– them , time to say "not my job" like the India resources like to say

They are just putting it off so they can come up with some new excuse at the time. People so fed up now, was supposed to have got rises by April.

AMS townhall says there will be raises in May or June. Most "NORMAL" companies give you your pay raise when your manager gives you your review.

This is the only company in 25+ years where I didn't get at least a 5% increase each year and some even got 5 - 10,000 bonuses.

Heck my wife just had her review at a good company and got a 8.5 % raise and a 4K bonus
