Has anyone in this place heard anything about an STI payout ? Our genius boss only can say that it has been submitted, If I remember didn't we have some sort of news/payout percentage by this time last year?

Of course there’s a STI bonus. Give the real workers crumbs while upper management get the whole cake. I used to get up to 12k some years with Q then CTL cut it in half, then the new L3 crew cut it in half again. I expect it to be cut in half again this year.

I bust my a– for this place and they screwed me with a 1/3 of the payout. I guess that’s what I get for trying. I need to hang out in the break room more and figure out how those guys get a perfect review
This will be the last one we ever see again, was surprised to hear that we are getting it, and figured it would be more around 60% payout just because it is probably our fault they sukk

the board of directors still has to approve STI. I'm sure it will be though, if it wasn't, upper management wouldn't get their fat checks, our payout is peanuts compared to theirs.
They are sitting around wringing their hands, because they stated on paper there would be an STI paid out, so since there is actually proof, they have to pay it out or they know the employees would have a case against them. And, as p-ss-d as the employees are, they know they would have a real problem on their hands because nobody would just lay down and take it.
So, the problem is right now, they can't figure out how to reduce the payout amount, because it is based on (supposedly) your performance and company performance and meeting goals.
Company is performing so the only thing they can do is say you aren't meeting goals and you aren't performing.
Don't look for an STI next year.

Payout on the 13th, chats from March 2nd-12th. It's on the intranet as others have said.
There is an article on our intranet about STI payouts 13th of March of course no mention of the %. I do feel that the STI program will eventually go away just like raises so enjoy it while you can.....
Our VP told us we would be getting them just didn't know what the percentage would be until 2/28 and our actual payout until the week of March 2nd.
You actually think a company that just announced layoffs will give you a bonus, not unless you are a board member or a union executive getting their kickback for getting id–ts to agree to bad contracts
sti will be deposited 1st check in March. no mention yet on what the payout % will be.
Our SRO laughed when we asked about the STI. We asked what the hell that meant and he said good luck, we are still waiting to hear if you guys are getting a payout or not.
If you check your performance review you will see it looks stuck with 'Talent Admin' was supposed to be completed 2/14 (red - past due). Heard a rumor Jeff will address this on the employee call next week, something along the lines they can't afford to do bonuses......guess time will tell.
