Anyone on the inside have any insight into why Transform is not paying vendors again? Our company is 60+ days over on several NET 60 payments and no one can answer when/ if we will get paid. Cut them off for now; but wondering if we will see some money or if there is a mandate to screw over vendors again?

Sadly when you are contractually obligated to provide them services, until they breach, you have to do exactly that. We terminated services as soon as they stopped paying; but they owe us a sh*t-ton for the 2 months under NET 60 terms. Simply was wondering if we should a chance in hell of seeing the money or not. At this point I wish them a slow, painful death.
Oh yes about that.... You'll have to speak with our legal team from here on out for future communications. Thank you and best of luck in your collection process of your funds. -Eddie-
The check's in the mail.
Kenmore hasn’t been sold yet, there will still be money, it just make take a while.
Hate to say it but it's kinda your fault if you chose to do any business with Sears. Best advise: immediately cut ties and demand all products back or file lawsuit to accomplish this. If not, you will never see any of that money again
Everything will be fine. Eddie will follow through and make sure everyone is paid.
I vote B.
@1yxd+13FjRvxR Pretty sure it is already spoken for.
I feel bad for the net 60 vendors as they’re never going to get paid. By the end when I was there the cash in advance vendors and the short terms/small credit limit vendors were the only ones with a prayer of seeing money and even they were incredibly delayed.
We just acquired a fresh loan last week... unless it is already spoken for.
@eli+13FjRvxR A glitch of not having money.
If I were a vendor, i would not do business with Sears. The risk of non payment is real.
