The ship sank quite a while ago. Us old copper guys the children talk about have known a long time we are on the bottom and finished. Even the die hard among the new young yes men have been forced to secretly admit we are doomed. They have trouble lying to themselves everything is going to be ok, like management keeps telling them, when their own kind are leaving. Anyone with a brain sees where we are headed.

New company wont have to honor the contract either. The successorship clause only covers seeking the majority of Qwest Corp. That is the long haul fiber which they will keep. We will be employed less than 5 more years.

They are putting lipstick on this pig to either sell it or get more leverage to buy again!
