Assign people more work and they attempt to do it. It’s no management success. People are good and want to do their job.

Well we’re not talking about two years ago f—tard we’re talking bout now and the recent trend. They also continue to underperform the s&p 500 and they’re 24 billion in debt to inflate their stock prices. Bye bye.

On the mechanical side, nothing has changed other than fewer people doing the work. So yes individual productivity has increased but overall we are doing the same amount of work as we have in the past. One big difference now is there is now a matrix that tracks individual productivity. Non billable stuff has not changed but now everyone is actually billing for it because it shows productivity.

If they were getting the productivity gains they say, then why the change in management. They are lying. And on April 1st when the new management is in place they will be even more disappointed. Because they aren’t willing to look at their failed processes. They are going to crack the whip but it’s not the workers that are the problem. It’s bad management.

Speaking only about the mechanical department, it’s true work per person has increased. But it’s not a management success. Overall productivity is down.

We just walk around and bs the whole shift. Hey if you say productivity is up sounds good to me;). I thought we had to do more work to be more productive but really we just have to PSR the numbers. Man this is great.

1) Tell your employees that the company doesn't want them and that they are liability.
2) Run off long time boutique customers, they don't create income and capital.
3) Promise an outside source (hedgefunders) that you will make them XXX amount of dollars and bend over backwards to make it happen.
4) Promote how wonderful the company is doing through videos and seminars.
There are no great gains in productivity, we are falling off a cliff at this point.
The propaganda is not working any more! Sink the ship and be done with it captain....Arrrrrgh!
