Not surprising to see DXC not in the 2020 top 100 best companies to work for! By my reckoning they must be the 9,999th best company to work for! Even that is being overly generous!!! Surprise they have any customers or employees left!

In all fairness, those Best Companies to Work For lists are worthless. I've seen some companies make those lists that have some miserable cultures and practices. It's a matter of knowing what superficial bells and whistles will catch the attention of the reviewers.
There should be a Fortune -100 Index, and where would DXC be rated on that one?
This mess started about 3 years ago... and now DXC's share price is in the toilet.
And things are only getting worse. The local DXC office car park is less than half full now.
And old saleh is milking millions every year for nothing. Never meets any targets just massages figures for wall street. We have customers asking why they haven't been billed but it's so they can move stuff into future quarters to massage bad performance, so much for book to bull ratios.
DXC would win Fortune 100 worse companies. They would be #1. Sal & Sal (Salvino & Saleh) continues to destroy DXC. New Sal is hiring all his cronies at $600,000 salaries on the pretext of trying to turn the company round.
