Q3 of 2020 Corning Inc is outsourcing all of Service Desk and Field Service within North America. A firm is taking over but will be layoff the original Service Desk agents and Field Service techs. They are offering bonus to the agents and techs to help the new firm transition as a main IT for Corning Inc. Currently main IT Service Desk is in Painted Post, NY and Field Service techs are in North America. This might affect Europe and Asia branch.
They will be laying off all the agents and tech in Q3 of 2020
