I am curious how much of a pay difference there is system wide?

I borrowed out to Houston service unit . They make a k–ling in comparison to what I usually make back home.
I make $5, that is all.
I always thought Guarantee was the same across the system. Im in California but I think the guys out East do better.
You are all Union. You all ale the same on the same jobs.
Every service unit has different trip rates and guarantees.
San Antonio makes the least system wide.
