Exactly - this should not really impact much if anything, in fact it should have been accounted for when the SRD plans where made in 2018.. When you let go people whom have pensions, this stuff happens - not to mention that the pensions are more generous in EU than in USA, and EU region was hit hard, as well.
Let’s be real. How many employees really believe in the current leadership. Regardless of what is said, it’s impossible to have a “Winning Corporate Culture & Organizational Structure” if no one on the team respects the #1. Everyday actions are compromised in some way. The road to recovery is steep

What did the company expect. They robed Peter to pay Paul with the SRD c-ap, pushing out pension eligible employees, with 90% of them taking Lump Sum settlements in lieu of monthly annuities. Company just continues to make horrible decisions.
