I left months ago and I am getting a little worried about HCL sending my W2. They have my address but when I was working there they screwed up so much on simple employee management I have little faith they will get this right. Has anyone either departed or still there got their W2 yet? I tried logging back into their ADP and MyHCL.COM and I cannot get it. I was surprised they closed off my ADP because my pay stubs were in there. I thought they had to keep that active.

No HCL W2. ADP knows about my relationship with HCL, but have no records available. Calling HCL results in me being given an email address of someone who can supposedly help. E-mail bounces back as undeliverable. Had to call IRS who will be sending me a copy of HCL W2.
I left HCL in July, and I was able to still get into ADP and download my W2 today.
If your still working there this doesn't apply. I've left and they deactivated me in ADP and MYHCL. I've tried to reset passwords, etc. They deactivated the access.
Im with HCL and can still log in to MyXerox and access my Xerox pay statements, W2 as well as logging into ADP for my HCL W2
Still nothing. I thought that if it wasnt at least postmarked to us by Jan 31, tomorrow then there is a penalty. Anyone else having this struggle?
Interesting thought, OP, you would think a company should continue to make pay statements available. Xerox didn't! Moreover, when I asked for a copy (August 2018) of my last pay statement they literally could not provide it to me, or so I was told. They sent me snippets from their system via email. Fortunately I'd saved a few throughout the year so I was able to configure my personal finances to navigate my next steps. I think I may have finally received a hard copy in the mail but it was not the same format as when I was an active employee and it was too little, too late for what I needed.
surprised that you don't still have access to adp website for hcl. I just looked and the 2019 W2 is there now. you can print and/or downld it if you had access. I've been downloading my pay statements worried that at some point after i get laid off i won't have access. Your statement confirms this will likely happen. I guess others should take this as a warning to CYA.
You should get hard copy to your mail address by end of Jan.
They are incompetent for sure. Follow up with any regularly bodies if they fail to provide you with your paperwork.
