Just got the layoff notice today.
WARN is rarely triggered before windstream layoffs. Most of the company works from home, so they never hit the head count per location threshold
Does anyone honestly know why the board lets Tony continue to take this company down?
NYS dept of labor has a page. Most companies seem to post
at end of business day BEFORE they layoffs have occurred

A layoff would only require WARN if there are more than 50 individuals laid off from one location per day. Don’t count on WARN being triggered. Layoffs will most likely be staggered or occur in consecutive days with no more than 50 people per location being let go per day.

Most likely the next layoff date will be Wednesday February 12th. That is the Wednesday between pay periods and prior to the earnings call.
There will be no Q&A after the call from investors. We will announce losings millions but somehow spin it as a growth company.

TT will come out and talk about how great the company is doing while in the background you'll see the other 4 of the LR5 counting their bonus money.
There will be one large layoff prior. That way the LR5 can extend this gravy train another couple months before the banks take over.
