I was told today that the F&R store in Liberal Ks closed its doors for the last time.
It's no surprise as it sustained major hits since things started heading south in 14.
The area has little business left and what is there is bandaid, duct tape, and bailing wire repair. Just like many other facilities it had it's good times with some great people and made the company alot of money. Many have already vacated the area and moved on to better things. For those still fighting the fight, good luck.

I think oxy sold the hugoton stuff and it was trending down from there. Thats hard country out that way and a lot of those old gas wells were marginal. Well... on to the next one

I heard everything that was out that panhandle way got shut done. I was told if you aren't a supercenter than you shut down.
Klx ran wft liberal out of business with better equipment and skilled people.
Is F&R fishing and rentals?
