I love HR team’s overall operations like benefits team, immigration team etc.
Qualcomm HR are similar to any HR department in the corporate world. You want to stay away from them as possible. Remember, it is their job is to protect the company not you. They can do anything and throw you under the bus if needed without remorse. I have seen it a lot at Qualcomm. Don't let that beauty and innocent smile deceive you.
I think they are typical HR and care more for / protect the company and couldn't care less about employees.
Whoever decided to switch us over to workday should be fired

@1lkd is spot on, my experience as well. The interview HR was young, tall, thin and attractive blonde lady. The exit HR was an old, grumpy, fat and ugly hag. Reminds me of going to bar sober and leaving drunk.
