Is anyone else having trouble with unemployment claim? I worked at NEFF, furloughed October 16/17, received the compensation, but cannot get the unemployment. RRB says they have sent the form to UP twice with no response. Am I the only one or is everyone facing this issue?

Correct. NEFF received 60 days pay, not 6 months. Last pay period ended mid December, so it's been over a month. UP will not send confirmation to RRB that WARN Act pay (60 days) is over.
You can't receive unemployment until the compensation is exhausted based on your monthly salary. I.E. if you received six months pay. You can't file for six months.
