Fantastic- it’s been too long in coming and has affected morale badly. Let’s hope someone with influence makes sure the first people to go are all the nepotistic hires then all the VPs and directors that are good at PowerPoint but of no positive effect as business leaders or managers. Also anyone in a management job that doesn’t know what their respective products do should be summarily dismissed.
