simple question....have the C suite and VP's taken pay cut? That's when you really show you do care for your people. Do you still need this many VP's? Screwed up Board and Upper management. It's all money for them while more and more work pushed to people who really do the work.

We were not doing better 3 years ago. We had layoffs 3 years ago.....
Pay cut? Read the proxy. Chris and team are making more now than 3 years ago when we were doing better (higher stock value, no layoffs, higher production, positive ratings and employees weren’t stumbling around like the walking dead).
How many more VPs will we get in this reorg? For a company of our size how many do we have...12? Last Layoff we got several more...
We need team leads, managers of team leads, directors of managers, and VP’s of those guys to follow chain of command. Stay in line!
