How often in the Tower do see certain people and wonder ‘What do you do all day?!’
Particularly certain departments

Seems like people should worry about themselves rather than other employees.
Only at the tower can someone just take a office and make it their own without asking.
Let’s give credit where it is due. Upper management has to spend many hours trying to hide all the problems, juggle all the numbers and try to make the share holders think all is well and it’s part of their long range plan. All the time hiding the fact they have no idea how to do anything but protect their own salaries.
Very often but the more important question is why is it allowed? Easy answer... because the HR department in that location is run by the most incompetent unqualified dud who is part of the problem. He is more concerned about his lunch outings with his Canadian bestie ;) than getting a handle on all the inefficient departments and personnel. Who else would allow a reject mall-deputy to spend the whole day walking up every floor wasting peoples time with gibberish?
