50,000 people are in TMG (about right)

How do you come up with all these numbers, 30K for TMG, 15K for design?
More like 30,000 for TMG
15,000 for design teams
5,000 for sales and marketing and G&A
50,000 is the optimal number
This is the story with most major companies. Automation is k–ling jobs.
We definitely need to hire people to set up more AI, machine learning, deep learning, and better user interfaces in TMG; there's way too much human glue which often leads to way too many human hours.
Have you ever had to email some person to get a link to a form that has been moved to a new website and has to be approved by some other person who won't know they need to approve it unless they are emailed with their boss cc'd?
30K cut is too much.
There is fat to cut, but not that much. Hopefully, they will cut at the right places.
Have you been in tmg. 2/3 could be replaced by proper automation. Nothing about intel is nimble

Intel should shutdown many groups that make zero difference to their bottom line. It won't add up to 30,000 but it will be close.
30K people in design seems like a waste if that is really true
So... no sales people? they make the product and just hang on to it?
