This is second hand info , but I heard there are upcoming staff meetings where the teams are divided in two or three groups at different times. Entire groups are being eliminated and there is a lucky group that stays. Anyone else here if this????

Has anyone tried to dispute their CAP? If so, what was the outcome? Trying to figure out if I should use my time and energy to fight it or to find a new job...
@131sCCy1-3vsy Are you naive or what? This is happening! Maybe what you are telling yourself makes you feel better- but that’s not reality! Good luck!
The CAP info listed here is not correct if you work in the state of CA. Due to laws benefitting employees, it is EXTREMELY difficult to get put on any elevated level CAP. And actually firing someone is virtually impossible even if the employee violates a part of the CAP.
You can be laid off at any moment but fired, that takes months and you have to be informed in detail as to your wrong doings.
You can go on a CAP for almost anything. AND... you dont necessarily go on a first level cap then second etc.. your supervisor can put you right on a final cap.
Are caps for attendance or stats? Or both? I’ve heard several employees are getting caps or warnings for Attendence
Being on a CAP saved me last time they were cutting people. If I wasn't on the CAP I would have been let go.
THIS IS HAPPENING IN M&R PART D VARIOUS TEAMS ARE BEING DISTRIBUTED AROUND. IM SURE THEY ARE HOPING MOST OF US QUIT OR LEAVE
CAP means Corrective Action Plan.
What does putting on CAP means?
They CAP to compromise the bonus AND hope that it drives employees away so they don't have to lay off.
Unfortunately, Yes it likely means your groups are going to downsized. They do the layoffs of groups all at once if they can and not individually. You may be the lucky remaining group but its only a matter of time and in the meantime you will get much more work / stress and no more money for your trouble. Sorry to hear that but keep us posted how it goes.
This was done in November with the care management team. The “lucky” team that remained were all put on CAPS and that drove all but 4 on the team to quit. The last 4 got fired in January!
We have an upcoming meeting that the Medical Director, someone from finance and someone from HR is listed as required attendees.. it doesn’t look good to me
They've done this before. Back in 2013.
