Won't be the last. No date set yet, but the conversation is taking place in CT offices of next steps for our OH colleagues. Attrition extremely high and weighing the benefits of each scenario. Anyone familiar with what happened at the Plantation, FL site, expect the same in OH.

This is a review I found on the indeed review site that you can look at also.
I am just letting everyone know that if you are thinking about
applying for anything at this location.
Just do not do it.
I agree completely with this statement that I
have cut and pasted below.
little pay outdated processes
former employee - woodland hills, ca
Aetna (Woodland Hills) is a collection of employees who have been there for a long time. Meaning all processes are outdated, which means no innovation, and work is doubled. No one is open to new ideas or processes. Senior employees feel that their time with the company allows for them to be unprofessional with no consequence. Management is afraid to speak up and correct those behaviors. this makes anyone new feel uncomfortable. The work could be less if their processes were improved. But, the environment is absolutely toxic and the pay is awful. I would not recommend working there.
Who names a place plantation, geez, that is such a bad name for a city, my gosh.
Some white guy having good memories of the slave days I guess.
Anyone here from the aetna in woodland hills california that was the worst place I have ever worked in. There is nobody caring about doing anything. So what is new with the layoff situation.
Can anyone give me an update about the florida branch office. Thank you
best of luck from fresno
